If you or somebody else is in danger, or it feels like a situation might get dangerous and you need support straight away dial 999 for emergency services

If you feel unsafe, distressed or worried about your physical or mental health you can now contact the First Response Service by dialing 111 and selecting option 2. This service is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year by a trained mental health professional. For life threatening emergencies, call 999 for an ambulance

SHOUT -  for support in a crisis - 24/7 text service, free on all major mobile networks, for anyone in crisis anytime, anywhere. Its the a place to go if you're struggling to cope and need immediate help. Text 85258
